세부직무   1. Job Description
• responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate LAB procedures
• researches and introduction new technologies for Rel. LAB
• Implement Rel test FMEA, Accelerated test method development
• define the root cause define and determines corrective actions as appropriate
• Ensure testing performed is accurate and specifications are up to date. 
• Track lab throughput and review output regularly and implement improvement plans
• facilitate acquisition of appropriate resources to support Lab projects
• customer point of contact for project management activities
• Direct subordinates in their work through defined specifications

2. Experience
• 5 - 7 Years working experiences in Semiconductor technology as a Reliability
& quality laboratory engineer.
• Familiar with semiconductor physics/ process and the reliability test/equipment
• Experienced the Rel LAB CIP activity.
• Free from worldwide communication

3.  Education & Other
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Industrial Engineering), Material Science or equivalent.
• Required language(s):  English
